Okay, i'm not gonna lie... "Avatar" looks worth seeing if only for its shiny, shiny computer graphics. And interesting alien critters.
However, I just had a look at the trailer for the game. As we all know, movie-games are usually quite terrible. But aside from that presumption, I had a thought:
"This looks like Starfox Adventures with a bit more jumping around."
Anyone else get that impression? [link]

In other news, I suddenly became inspired yesterday morning. I thought "Having a fursuit would be.... cool..."
So I'm making some rudimentary plans. Did some research, made a few sketches, browsed my options for fur and other supplies. It will be a half-suit, meaning just head, paw-gloves, footpaws, and a tail. If I decide to go ahead with this, I will begin in a couple of weeks, after school is finally out of my hair.

I kind of liked Starfox Adventures, even though it could have been much more than it was.

It was better off as Dinosaur Planet. The original concept by Rare was much deeper and interesting. Throwing Starfox in the mix was a sellout.

I guess they figured they'd sell more with star power than with a better quality game.

That is basically what the game looks like.
I actually saw the trailer for the game ages ago and I still haven't seen the movie trailer. I was like, "wtf is this??"

The movie looks pretty neat, but when I saw the trailer I got flashbacks from Treasure Planet, Titan AE, and Fern Gully.
Nothing is original anymore. Nor is this "fresh." D:
